Parker Law Group welcomes three attorneys who have joined since its formation

HAMPTON, S.C.– Though they’ve been with us long enough to become a part of the family now, Parker Law Group heartily welcomes three attorneys who have joined the firm.

Derek Tarver and Ashley Nance, both experienced practitioners, came aboard in late 2023. Prior to that, Caitlin Ball joined the firm after graduating from the Charleston School of Law.

Derek D. Tarver represents individuals injured by defective products, industrial accidents, medical malpractice, and general negligence. Derek started his career as a corporate defense attorney with two nationally ranked firms, but after years advocating for large corporations, he joined Parker Law Group to use his skills to represent individuals in need.

Ashley B. Nance is from Florence and has practiced law for more than 10 years in the Pee Dee. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, dram shop matters, products liability and premises liability. He has litigated complex cases that have resulted in multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients.

Caitlin Ball, a Lowcountry native, grew up in Hampton County. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, she earned her Juris Doctor in 2021 from Charleston School of Law. Caitlin worked for our attorneys all through college and law school. She focuses on personal injury cases, including medical and nursing negligence, motor vehicle wrecks and premises liability. Upon graduating law school, she served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Hood, Fifth Judicial Circuit Judge, where she gained a breadth of knowledge about common pleas and general sessions.
