The front tire of a bus separated, causing the driver to lose control of the bus. The bus collided with an overpass column, causing severe and fatal injuries.


During a collision, the vehicle in which the plaintiff was traveling rolled due to a tire retailer installing oversized tires on the plaintiff’s vehicle. As a result of the collision, the plaintiff was paralyzed.


A vehicle equipped with side saddle fuel tanks was struck, causing the vehicle to become engulfed in flames. One occupant sustained severe and permanent burns, the other occupant sustained fatal injuries.


A fatality and several severe, permanent injuries were sustained when the vehicle in which the plaintiffs were traveling, on the interstate, suffered a tread separation, causing the vehicle to overturn and collide with a tree.


A delay in airbag deployment caused severe injuries, leading to the plaintiff’s untimely death.


The plaintiff suffered third degree burns as a result of radiator fluid spewing into the driver’s compartment.


The plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury when another driver lost control of his vehicle, due to a defective throttle, and crashed into the plaintiff’s vehicle.


The plaintiff’s vehicle was struck by another vehicle, causing the plaintiff’s vehicle to burst into flames. The plaintiff’s vehicle was equipped with a defective fuel system, making it susceptible and vulnerable to fuel fed fires.


Fatal injuries sustained when the decedent encountered water on the roadway, causing his vehicle to hydroplane, leave the roadway and strike a concrete fence post. The tires on the decedent’s vehicle were improperly placed by the repair shop.


A vehicle on I-95 suffered a tread separation, resulting in its tread being left in the roadway, creating a hazardous condition for the motoring public. The tread was later struck by the decedent, who was operating a motorcycle. The decedent lost control of and was ejected from the motorcycle, resulting in the decedent’s untimely death.


The vehicle in which the decedent was traveling encountered water in the roadway. The vehicle lost control and overturned. The lack of side curtain airbags caused the decedent to sustain fatal injuries.
