The facility failed to acknowledge the assault and treat the plaintiff. As a result, the plaintiff sustained severe and permanent injuries.

The plaintiff was severely burned when a kerosene container allowed flame to enter through an unguarded pour spout, resulting in a flash ignition which caused the container to explode, sending fuel and fire onto the plaintiff.


When the vehicle in which the plaintiff was traveling was struck by another vehicle, the vehicle burst into flames. Due to the impact, the plaintiff was trapped in the burning vehicle, causing the plaintiff to sustain severe burns.


The plaintiff was walking across a roof, carrying a ladder when the ladder came into contact with an uninsulated, overhead energized power line, which was installed with an unsafe clearance. As a result of the contact, the plaintiff sustained severe burns and underwent an amputation.


The plaintiff sustained severe chemical burns on his lower extremities from contact with wet concrete.


A minor suffered burns when a garment steamer overturned, spilling the dangerously hot water onto the minor child.


The plaintiffs sustained severe, life-threatening, permanent injuries when a drunk driver, operating a corporate vehicle, struck the vehicle in which the plaintiffs were traveling.
