Ashley B. Nance is from Florence and has been practicing law for over 10 years in the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina. His practice primarily focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, tractor trailer accidents, dram shop matters, products liability and premises liability matters. He has litigated numerous complex cases that have resulted in multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients, and he regularly tries cases in state and federal courts in South Carolina. With his experience, he is routinely associated by other attorneys on complex cases.

Ashley graduated from the College of Charleston and the Charleston School of Law. While he was in law school he was on the Moot Court Board. Prior to entering the private practice of law, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Bryan Harwell, United States District Judge, District of South Carolina, and the Honorable D. Craig Brown, Circuit Court Judge, South Carolina.

Ashley has strong roots in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina and is very active in his community. He is married to Danielle Blaker Nance and they have two children, Blaker and Eloise.
