LawyerRidgeland Office
Neil Alger has lived, trained, and practiced law across the State of South Carolina. His childhood was spent in the coastal communities of Horry County. After attending college and law school in Charleston, Neil lived and worked in the Charleston area, where he developed a number of local relationships. In 2013, Neil took a judicial clerkship in the Sixth Circuit, spending a year in Chester County. After his clerkship, Neil returned to the coast and eventually found his way to the Lowcountry of South Carolina, where he now lives with his wife, Madison, and their family.
Neil has always felt a strong desire to make an impact on the lives of others. He regularly volunteers with the local schools and organizations in Hampton and Jasper Counties. He also devotes time annually to Palmetto Boys State, a leadership program sponsored by the American Legion which encourages personal development and civic service in young men across the State of South Carolina.
Neil strives to be an advocate for individuals and their families that have been severely injured or experienced a catastrophic loss. His legal practice is focused on the handling of personal injury cases, including but not limited to medical and nursing negligence, product liability, motor vehicle wrecks, and premise liability. In addition to directly serving the Ridgeland and Hampton communities where he works and lives, Neil Alger is often associated by other attorneys across the State to serve as co-counsel on complex litigation.
