Daniel “Danny” E. Henderson

Daniel “Danny” E. Henderson was born and raised in Hampton County. He graduated from Wade Hampton High School and University of South Carolina Columbia Undergraduate. In 1979, he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
His first year after law school, he clerked for The Honorable Clyde A. Eltzroth, Jr.. In July 1980 Danny and his wife Suzie moved to Ridgeland, where Danny began practicing personal injury litigation. He has continued to practice in Ridgeland for over 40 years.
Danny handles general tort cases, including any type of vehicular wreck, premise liability, highway defects, products liability, dram shop, nursing home abuse, and workers compensation. He’s tried cases all over South Carolina with primary emphasis on the 14th Circuit.
No client needing general legal advice is ever turned away regardless of ability to pay or profitability of a potential case.
Danny and his wife Suzie have raised three daughters in Jasper County and remain active in community affairs.
