Stop loading or firing the rifle immediately. If it is currently loaded, follow the safe-unloading instructions in Section 17 of the owner's manual rather than attempting to fire it. According to the manufacturer's recall notice, eligible owners can choose between a gift card or a replacement rifle (reported as a .45-caliber Endura LRH or Endura Pro, depending on the model returned).

The manufacturer's recall remedy addresses the product itself, a replacement or gift card, and is a separate matter from a legal claim for personal injury, medical expenses, or other losses.
